ICMA held its annual conference on 5 April 2019. The theme for this year’s conference was “How to get past impasse in mediation” and was very well attended. Speakers were Mr. Paul Gilligan, former High Court and Court of Appeal Judge and Practising Mediator, Ms. Mary Lou O’Kennedy, Director, Oak Conflict Dynamics Limited, Mark Connaughton SC, Mr. Philip Fagan, Senior Clinical Claims Manager, National Treasury Management Agency and Minister Josepha Madigan.
